1976 Williams Blue Chip $550
A one player add-a-ball game with an unusual Business and Industry theme. Two fast spinners and 8 numbered targets to shoot for. Various combinations of targets light features to increase scoring values and earn extra balls. All features remain lit from ball to ball, so you build on your progress throughout the game.
Add-a-ball games were created for play in areas where the ability to win free games was seen as illegal gambling. Add-a-ball games are great for home use, because winning free games does not have the same thrill when all the games are free anyway. Add-a-ball is different than "Same Player Shoots Again" extra balls commonly found on replay games. You can acually accumulate up to 10 balls on an add-a-ball game.
The playfield is in nice condition. The backglass has some substantial flaking and a black smear near the title that appears to be a factory defect. The glass has been sealed to prevent further ink loss.
