In-Home Repair Services

In home service by an experienced technician is available for all mechanical arcade games. This includes all eras of pinball machines, bowlers, shuffle alleys, shooting galleries and more.

Service calls within 25 miles of zip code 44130 cost $50, plus $50 per hour on-site. For greater distances the initial charge is $2/mile.

The typical service call is 1-3 hours. We diagnose as much as possible over the phone to minimize the time needed on-site and to try to identify parts that will be required to avoid making a second trip.

Full Game Rehabs

If you have an electromechanical pinball machine that has not been played for years, it may need more than a couple hours work to get it fully running. Bring the game to us and we will fully clean and adjust the game to get it playing as it should.

Our game rehab includes the following services:

• All components removed from playfield
• Playfield cleaned and polished
• 3 coats of carnauba wax on playfield
• Metal playfield parts polished in vibrating polisher
• All plastic playfield parts polished
• Any warped playfield plastics are flattened
• If backglass art is flaking it is sealed to prevent further damage
• All stepper units are cleaned and lubed
• Switches are cleaned and adjusted as necessary to insure correct gameplay
• All rubber rings replaced
• Lamps replaced as needed
• Score reels cleaned
• Flippers are rebuilt with new plungers, coil stops, linkages, and EOS switches as available

The cost of a game rehab is $275, plus $75 for each pair of flippers. Any parts needed beyond rubbers, lamps, and flipper components are an additional charge. Other parts are typically not needed, though sometimes coils or other parts may need replacing.

Pickup and delivery is available at an additional charge.
